These terms are an agreement between you and FabNet AI Inc. (“we”), which operates the
Agentic Fabrication Network (“AFN”): its website, API, and its apps in ChatGPT and other AI
assistants. By using AFN or placing an order, you agree to them.
What AFN does
AFN asks independent fabrication shops for prices on your design, shows you their offers, and,
when you pay, places your order with the shop you chose. The shops make and ship your item. We place
and track the order, take payment, and handle refunds on the network’s behalf.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are free and you are never obligated to buy.
Prices include the part, the shipping option you pick, and our fees. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
A quote is a price ceiling: the price confirmed at checkout can match it or come in lower, never higher.
If a shop raises its price before you pay, the order expires and you can request a new quote.
Arrival dates are the shop’s estimates, not guarantees.
Orders and payment
You pay on a secure payment page run by Stripe. Your order is placed only after payment succeeds.
Some shops review each order before production. If a shop declines your order, you get a full refund.
Items are made to order from your design, so once production starts we generally cannot cancel the order
or accept a return for a change of mind. If what arrives is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered,
email hello@fabnet.ai with your order number and photos, and we will work with you and the shop to make it right.
AFN currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
Your designs
You keep ownership of your designs. You give us and the shops on the network permission to store,
process, and reproduce them as needed to quote, make, and ship your order and to let you reorder.
You confirm that you have the right to have each design made, and that it does not infringe anyone’s
intellectual property or other rights.
Do not order anything illegal to make, own, or ship, including weapons or weapon parts that are
regulated, or anything a shop’s own rules forbid. We and the shops may refuse any order.
Information and advice
Material guidance, capability information, and shop ratings are provided for general information.
They are not engineering, safety, or fitness-for-purpose advice. You are responsible for deciding
whether a material or part is suitable for your use, especially for anything safety-critical.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse AFN: no attempts to disrupt or overload the service, access data that is not yours,
submit fake reviews, or use AFN to harass shops or other people.
Disclaimers and limits
Except as stated in these terms, AFN is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent
the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to AFN or an order
is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and orders are governed
by the terms in effect when you placed them.
